What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
As an assistant to the commercial management and the head of human resources, my tasks are very varied. I support Dr. Schenk in his operational, planning and organisational tasks. As assistant to the Head of Human Resources, I am mainly responsible for Human Resources and Controlling.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
I like to work at the Kinderwunsch Institute because my field of activity is very beautiful and varied. Every day it is interesting to learn anew how the ideas and visions of the management are realized in our institute.
Here in our institute I find a workplace where I can develop independently in a very harmonious and beautiful atmosphere, with a view of the countryside.
What can I do to help you relax and become pregnant?
Responsible and with much pleasure I support the management and our doctors in their daily tasks. In this way I help them to find a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in our clinic, which is of course also felt by our patients when they visit our Kinderwunsch Institute.

What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
From the outset, I have supported my husband in the role of Commercial Manager and Human Resources Manager.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
I co-founded the KIWI IVF Clinic with my husband in December 2000 because we had a vision that it is not always necessary for the desire to have children to remain unfulfilled, and we also wanted to remove the taboos surrounding this issue. I strive every day, with a great deal of pleasure and enthusiasm, to create the best possible conditions to help couples fulfil their wish in a warm, competent and friendly environment.
What can I do to help you relax and become pregnant?
I deal with the financial affairs of the Clinic, and with the concerns of the staff and consultants, with proficiency and enthusiasm, and in this way, contribute to creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for you.

What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?titut?
Alongside caring for you as Senior Consultant, my principal duties involve management of the Clinic and further developing our area of expertise by means of Research and Development.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
Because I created the KIWI IVF Clinic with my wife, Claudia, who is also joint Managing Director, from nothing. We have managed to find people for our team, with whom it is a joy to work on a daily basis. Every day, I feel the enthusiasm for our joint efforts, which strengthens me in my convictions and allows me to strengthen those of my members of staff when it comes to reorganizing, for instance, or pursuing innovative ideas for our patients in the Research Department.
What can I do to help you relax and become pregnant?
Together with my colleagues, we aim to free you of your doubts expressed in the question, “Why am I not becoming pregnant?” We collaborate with you to search for, even hunt for, likely and also rare, less likely causes, to illustrate to you how you can be helped to conceive successfully.
The plan that we then draw up is explained to you so sensitively and clearly that you will be able to decide for yourself on the course of action you wish to take. Since we offer all types of therapy at our Clinic, which we then implement subject to the highest standards, you are spared always having to adjust to new people and facilities. This, too, helps you to relax.
Of course, we do not leave you alone with failures and relax every situation with the right advice and support.
