Warum arbeite ich gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Weil ich gemeinsam mit meiner Gattin und Mitgeschäftsführerin Claudia das Kinderwunsch-Institut aus dem Nichts erschaffen habe. Uns ist es gelungen, Menschen für unser Team zu finden, mit denen es jeden Tag eine Freude ist, zusammenzuarbeiten. Ich spüre täglich die Begeisterung für die gemeinsamen Bemühungen und werde dadurch bestärkt und bestärke auch meine MitarbeiterInnen, wenn es darum geht, Neues einzuführen oder in der Forschung innovative Ideen für unsere PatientInnen zu verfolgen.

Bitan razlog je, što smo ja i moja supruga - koja zajedno sa mnom obavlja funkciju glavne ravnateljice – naš institut Kinderwunsch-Institut“ osnovali i stvorili baš iz „ničega“. Velika jesreća što smo uspjeli naći prave osobe kao zaposlenike, koje su sada članovi našeg tima i iz dana u dan nam je veliko zadovoljstvo što upravo s njima radimo. Svakodnevno primjećujem njihov entuzijazam, koji izvire iz zajedničkih napora i to me ohrabruje. Istovremeno potičem svoje

Alongside caring for you as Senior Consultant, my principal duties involve management of the Clinic and further developing our area of expertise by means of Research and Development.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
Because I created the KIWI IVF Clinic with my wife, Claudia, who is also joint Managing Director, from nothing. We have managed to find people for our team, with whom it is a joy to work on a daily basis. Every day, I feel the enthusiasm for our joint efforts, which strengthens me in my convictions and allows me to strengthen those of my members of staff when it comes to reorganizing, for instance, or pursuing innovative ideas for our patients in the Research Department.
What can I do to help you relax and become pregnant?
Together with my colleagues, we aim to free you of your doubts expressed in the question, “Why am I not becoming pregnant?” We collaborate with you to search for, even hunt for, likely and also rare, less likely causes, to illustrate to you how you can be helped to conceive successfully.
The plan that we then draw up is explained to you so sensitively and clearly that you will be able to decide for yourself on the course of action you wish to take. Since we offer all types of therapy at our Clinic, which we then implement subject to the highest standards, you are spared always having to adjust to new people and facilities. This, too, helps you to relax.
Of course, we do not leave you alone with failures and relax every situation with the right advice and support.

Zašto rado radim u institutu „Kinderwunsch Institut“?
U prosincu 2000. sam zajedno sa svojim suprugom osnovala institut „Kinderwunsch Institut“. Imali smo viziju da, u čestim slučajevima neispunjena želja za djetetom ne mora biti realnost, a istovremeno smo željeli da razbijemo tabue te tematike. Imajući u vidu svoj cilj da u brižnom, stručnom i ljubaznom okruženju podržim parove u njihovoj želji za djetetom, svaki dan se velikim zadovoljstvom i entuzijazmom trudim stvoriti najbolje moguće uvjete za naš rad.

I co-founded the KIWI IVF Clinic with my husband in December 2000 because we had a vision that it is not always necessary for the desire to have children to remain unfulfilled, and we also wanted to remove the taboos surrounding this issue. Als Leiter der Abteilung für Wissenschaft und Forschung bin ich seit September 2016 für die Koordination von wissenschaftlichen Abläufen im Kinderwunsch Institut verantwortlich. Meine Hauptaufgaben liegen im Bereich der Planung und Durchführung von forschungsrelevanten Projekten sowie der Implementierung von neuesten Forschungsergebnissen zum Thema "unerfüllter Kinderwunsch" im Kinderwunsch Institut. Des Weiteren verpacke ich Daten aus unserer eigenen Forschung in wissenschaftliche Artikel, welche in medizinischen Fachjournalen publiziert und somit einer breiten Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden. Zusätzlich begleite und betreue ich Studierende, die an unserem Institut ihre Bachelor- oder Diplomarbeit durchführen.

Od rujna 2016. sam kao voditelj Odjela za znanstveno-istraživački rad odgovoran za koordinaciju znanstvenih procesa u institutu „Kinderwunsch Institut“. U institutu se moje osnovne dužnosti protežu od planiranja i provedbe znanstveno-istraživačkih projekata, pa sve do implementacije najnovijih rezultata istraživanja na temu „neostvarena želja za djetetom“. Sve podatke iz vlastitih istraživanja također objavljujem u znanstvenim člancima u stručnim medicinskim časopisima, te na taj način omogućujem da isti budu dostupni širokoj javnosti. Osim toga, pratim i nadzirem studente koji na našem institutu rade na svojim diplomskim ili prvostupničkim završnim radovima.

As director of the Department of Science and Research, I have been responsible for coordinating scientific processes at KIWI since September 2016. My main duties at KIWI are in the area of planning and carrying out research-relevant projects, as well as implementing the latest research results on the topic of the unfulfilled desire to have children. In addition, I incorporate data from our own research into scientific articles that are published in specialist medical journals, making them available to a broad public. Was ist mein Aufgabengebiet im KIWI?
Ich habe ein recht großes Arbeitsfeld im Kinderwunsch-Institut. Ich bin für den IVF-Fond zuständig. Der IVF-Fond übernimmt bei Paaren, mit einer bestimmten Diagnose, 70% der Behandlung (bei ICSI od. IVF). Außerdem arbeite ich in der Forschung & Entwicklung im Bereich Datenanalyse und Statistik mit und bin für das Social-Media-Management zuständig.
Warum arbeite ich gerne im KIWI?
Da ich mit vielen Kolleg*Innen aufgewachsen bin, ist das Kinderwunsch-Institut wie eine zweite Familie für mich. Das tolle Arbeitsklima erleichtert die Arbeit sehr. Da ich mit der Thematik schon ein Leben lang zu tun habe, freue ich mich täglich, in einer Firma arbeiten zu können, die versucht Paaren ihren größten Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Imam dosta veliko polje rada u Institutu za fertilitet. Odgovorna sam za IVF fond. IVF fond pokriva 70% tretmana za parove sa specifičnom dijagnozom (za ICSI ili IVF).Također radim na istraživanju i razvoju u području analize podataka i statistike te sam odgovoran za upravljanje društvenim mrežama.
Zašto rado radim u institutu „KIWI“?
Budući da sam odrasla s mnogim kolegama, Institut za fertilitet mi je kao druga obitelj. Sjajna radna atmosfera uvelike olakšava posao. Budući da se cijeli život bavim ovom temom, svaki dan sam sretna što mogu raditi u tvrtki koja se trudi ispuniti najveće želje parova.

I have quite a large field of work at the Kinderwunsch Institute. I am responsible for the IVF fund. The IVF fund pays 70% of the treatment (for ICSI or IVF) for couples with a certain diagnosis. Was ist mein Aufgabenbereich im Kinderwunsch Institut?
In meiner Tätigkeit als Embryologin und als Leiterin des Labors für klinische Embryologie und Forschung, widme ich mich mit viel Sorgfalt und Achtsamkeit der Analyse und Behandlung der Zellen und Embryonen. Ergänzend zur Arbeit im Labor, erlaubt mir die Mitarbeit im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung, mich mit den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen zu beschäftigen und im Team an weiteren spannenden Ideen zu arbeiten. Im Sinne eines kontinuierlichen Qualitätsmanagementsystems bin ich des Weiteren als QM-Beauftragte dafür verantwortlich, dass durch Prozessvorgaben der hohe und immer weiter wachsende Qualitätsstandard im Institut garantiert ist.

Als Embryologin ist es meine Aufgabe, mich um Ihre Eizellen und die Befruchtung der Eizellen zu kümmern.
Ebenso kümmere ich mich mit größter Sorgfalt und dem nötigen Know-how um Ihre Embryonen und versorge sie mit allem, was sie brauchen, um sich bestmöglich entwickeln zu können.

Ich bin im IVF-Labor angestellt und arbeite als klinische Embryologin mit jahrelanger Erfahrung. Meine Aufgabe ist es, mich um eure Zellen und Embryonen zu kümmern.
Warum arbeite ich gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Die Organisation und Qualität hier sind das Beste, was ich je erlebt habe. Ich bin stolz und glücklich, Teil eines so großartigen Teams zu sein, in dem nichts dem Zufall überlassen wird.
Wir werden stets in unserer Weiterbildung unterstützt – das schätze ich sehr. Nur so bleiben wir „up to date“, und nur so können wir unseren Patienten das Beste bieten. Lernen hört schließlich nie auf.
Was kann ich dazu beitragen, dass Sie entspannt schwanger werden können?
Ich kann unseren Patienten versprechen, dass ich im Labor immer mein Bestes für ihre Embryonen gebe – mit voller Empathie und ganzem Herzen. Es ist eine Ehre, unter dem Mikroskop zu sehen, wie aus einer Eizelle und einem Spermium neues Leben entsteht – das ist meine Leidenschaft. Es bedeutet mir viel, dass sich unsere Patienten wohlfühlen und wissen, dass sie in dieser Situation nicht allein sind. Deshalb bin ich jederzeit offen für Gespräche, ein freundliches Wort oder einen beruhigenden Händedruck. Unfruchtbarkeit sollte kein Tabuthema sein. Es erfüllt mich mit Freude, wenn ich sehe, wie die Kinder unserer Patienten heranwachsen. Ich erinnere mich oft noch genau an den Tag des Embryotransfers und daran, wie wir alle die Daumen gedrückt haben. Meine beste Freundin hat ebenfalls zwei Kinder, die aus „unserer“ Behandlung entstanden sind – mein Herz geht auf, wenn ich sehe, wie sie jetzt mit meinen eigenen Kindern spielen. Ich habe einfach den besten Job der Welt. ❤️

Što je moje područje rada u institutu „Kinderwunsch Institut“?
U svom radu kao embriolog i voditeljica laboratorija za kliničku embriologiju i istraživanje, posvećujem se vrlo pažljivo analizi i liječenju stanica i zametaka.
Osim rada u laboratoriju, rad u istraživanju i razvoju omogućuje mi da se bavim najnovijim znanstvenim saznanjima i da u timu radim na drugim uzbudljivim idejama. U smislu kontinuiranog sustava upravljanja kvalitetom nadalje sam odgovorna osoba za QM nadziranje kvalitete menadžmenta, te da se procesnim specifikacijama osigura visok i stalno rastući standard kvalitete u institutu.

Zato što smo svi u ovom institutu tako blizu "malog čuda života" i mislim da je to razlog zašto sam oduševljena radom u Institutu „Kinderwunsch Institut“.

What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
In my job as Embryologist and as Deputy Head of the Laboratory for Clinical Embryology and Research, I devote my time to analysing and treating the cells and embryos carefully and with precision. Further to my work in the laboratory, my activities in the area of Research and Development enable me to apply myself to the latest scientific discoveries, and to work on further exciting ideas in the team. Furthermore, as part of an ongoing Quality Management system, I am also responsible as official QM representative for ensuring that the high standard of quality at the Clinic continues to grow, by compiling procedural guidelines.

Was ist mein Aufgabenbereich im Kinderwunschinstitut?
Als Embryologin im KIWI ist es meine Aufgabe, Ihre Gameten zu sammeln, sie sorgfältig zu verarbeiten, ihre Befruchtung sicherzustellen und sie unter den besten Bedingungen zu halten, so dass sie sich zu Embryonen entwickeln. Neben meiner Arbeit im IVF-Labor unterstütze ich auch die Abteilung Forschung und Entwicklung, indem ich an der Sammlung von Daten für Studien teilnehme.
Warum arbeite ich gerne im KIWI?
Ich arbeite sehr gerne im KIWI, ich fühle, dass das Team wie eine kleine Familie ist, die die Atmosphäre in der Klinik freundlich und entspannt macht. Das Team ist ergänzt sich sehr gut und konzentriert sich auf die Begleitung von PatientInnen auf ihrer Reise, um das Wunder des Lebens zu erreichen.

I can promise our patients that I will always do my best for their embryos in the laboratory - with full empathy and all my heart. It is an honour to see under the microscope how new life is created from an egg and a sperm - that is my passion. It means a lot to me that our patients feel comfortable and know that they are not alone in this situation. That's why I'm always open to a chat, a friendly word or a reassuring handshake. Infertility should not be a taboo subject. It fills me with joy when I see how our patients' children grow up. I often remember the day of the embryo transfer and how we all kept our fingers crossed. My best friend also has two children who were born from ‘our’ treatment - my heart soars when I see them playing with my own children now. I simply have the best job in the world. ❤️

Organizacija i kvaliteta ovdje su najbolji koje sam ikada doživio. Ponosan sam i sretan što sam dio tako sjajnog tima u kojem ništa nije prepušteno slučaju. Uvijek nas podržavaju u našem daljnjem usavršavanju – to stvarno cijenim. Samo tako možemo biti u toku i našim pacijentima ponuditi najbolje. Uostalom, učenje nikad ne prestaje.
Što mogu doprinijeti da opušteno postignete trudnoću?
Mogu obećati našim pacijentima da ću uvijek dati sve od sebe za njihove embrije u laboratoriju - s punom empatijom i svim srcem. Čast mi je vidjeti pod mikroskopom kako novi život nastaje iz jajašca i spermija - to je moja strast. Puno mi znači da se naši pacijenti osjećaju ugodno i znaju da nisu sami u ovoj situaciji. Zato sam uvijek otvoren za razgovor, lijepu riječ ili ohrabrujući stisak ruke. Neplodnost ne bi trebala biti tabu tema. Ispunjava me radošću kada vidim djecu naših pacijenata kako rastu. Često se još uvijek sjetim dana prijenosa embrija i kako smo svi držali fige. I moja najbolja prijateljica ima dvoje djece koja su rezultat “našeg” liječenja - srce mi se diže kad ih vidim sada kako se igraju s mojom djecom.Jednostavno imam najbolji posao na svijetu. ❤️

Kao embriolog je moj zadatak u institutu „KIWI“ prikupljanje Vaših gameta, pažljiva obrada istih, a u daljnjem toku da osiguram oplodnju i da istu održim pod medicinski najboljim uvjetima, kako bi se gamete razvile u embrije. Als Biomedizinische Analytikerin und Leiterin des Blutlabors bin ich zuständig für die korrekte Abwicklung aller labormedizinischen Prozesse. Ich nehme den PatientInnen Blut ab, um dieses labormedizinisch zu untersuchen und die Befunde technisch zu validieren. Als Wissenschaftlerin bin ich Teil des Teams von Dr. Gregor Weiß und unterstütze in der Forschung.
Warum arbeite ich gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Nach vielen Jahren als Dozentin und Forscherin an der FH, wollte ich wieder „in die Praxis“ und bin seit August 2023 nur mehr mit einem sehr geringen Stundenausmaß Dozentin, so dass ich die Position der Blutlaborleiterin am Kinderwunsch Institut annehmen konnte. Die tollen KollegInnen, die freundliche Atmosphäre, die netten PatientInnen und der gemeinsame Wunsch des Kinderwunsch Institut Teams, unseren PatientInnen zu helfen und die abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten sind die Gründe, weshalb ich mich für das Kinderwunsch Institut Dr. Schenk entschieden habe.

What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
As a biomedical analyst and head of the blood laboratory, I am responsible for the correct handling of all laboratory medical processes. I take blood samples from patients to analyse them in the laboratory and technically validate the findings. As a scientist, I am part of Dr Gregor Weiß's team and provide support in research.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
After many years as a lecturer and researcher at the UAS, I wanted to get back "into practice" and since August 2023 I have only been a lecturer with a very small number of hours, so I was able to accept the position of blood laboratory manager at the Kinderwunsch Institut. The great colleagues, the friendly atmosphere, the nice patients and the shared desire of the Kinderwunsch Institut team to help our patients and the varied activities are the reasons why I chose the Kinderwunsch Institut Dr Schenk.

Even if nobody likes having their blood taken: I endeavour to make it as pleasant as possible for you and always have an open ear for your concerns: Our patients are important to us, we take the time you need. Nakon dugogodišnjeg rada predavača i istraživača na Veleučilištu, želio sam se „vratiti u praksu“ i od kolovoza 2023. sam predavač s vrlo ograničenim brojem sati, tako da sam mogao prihvatiti mjesto voditelja krvnog laboratorija na Institutu Kinderwunsch. Sjajni kolege, prijateljska atmosfera, simpatični pacijenti i zajednička želja tima Kinderwunsch Instituta da pomognu našim pacijentima te raznolike aktivnosti razlozi su zašto sam odabrala Kinderwunsch Institut Dr. Schenk je odlučio.

Mein Hauptanliegen ist es, die Blutabnahme so angenehm wie möglich durchzuführen und dass sich die Patientin oder der Patient sicher fühlen. Durch die Analyse des Blutes können Faktoren festgestellt werden, welche bisher eine Schwangerschaft womöglich verhindert haben und anschließend auch behandelt werden können.

Warum arbeite ich gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Ich arbeite gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut, da das Arbeitsklima ausgesprochen schön ist. Nicht nur von der Seite der KollegInnen, sondern auch von der Seite der PatientInnen. Natürlich ist es das Schönste für mich, dabei mithelfen zu können das Glück auf der Welt zu vermehren.
Was kann ich dazu beitragen, dass Sie entspannt schwanger werden können?
Ich versuche im Blutlabor, abgesehen von dem einen Stich, ein entspanntes und fürsorgliches Umfeld für die PatientInnen zu erzeugen. Durch unser eigenes Blutlabor bieten wir schnelle Ergebnisse und eine auf die PatientInnen angepasste Behandlung.

I like working at the Kinderwunsch Institut because the working atmosphere is really nice. Not only from the colleagues' side, but also from the patients' side. Of course, the best thing for me is to be able to help increase happiness in the world.

Apart from the one prick, I try to create a relaxed and caring environment for patients in the blood laboratory. With our own blood laboratory, we offer fast results and customised treatment for patients.

Was ist mein Aufgabenbereich im Kinderwunsch Institut?
In meiner Tätigkeit im Labor für klinische Embryologie und Forschung, widme ich mich mit viel Sorgfalt und Achtsamkeit der Analyse und Behandlung der Zellen und Embryonen. Ergänzend zur Arbeit im Labor, erlaubt es mir die Mitarbeit im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung, mich mit den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen zu beschäftigen und im Team an weiteren spannenden Ideen zu arbeiten. Außerdem hilft mir meine langjährige Erfahrung dabei, junge, engagierte Embryologen zu unterrichten und auszubilden.

Ich arbeite seit Juni 2001 im Kinderwunsch Institut und freue mich sehr, Teil dieses harmonischen Teams zu sein. Geprägt von Innovation und offen für alles Neue, bietet mir das Kinderwunsch Institut sowohl für meine tägliche, spannende Arbeit, als auch im Bereich der Forschung und Entwicklung, die optimalen Möglichkeiten und es macht mir sehr viel Spaß, unter so tollen Bedingungen mein Know-how bestmöglich einzusetzen.
Was kann ich dazu beitragen, dass Sie entspannt schwanger werden können?
Ich sorge dafür, dass Ihre Ei- und Samenzelle außerhalb des Körpers einander befruchten. Die Embryonen, die entstehen, sind meine Schützlinge. Meine Aufmerksamkeit gilt ihren wechselnden Bedürfnissen, um ihnen ein Überleben außerhalb des weiblichen Körpers zu ermöglichen. Mit enormen technischen Aufwand gelingt es, die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Embryonen voranzutreiben. Strenge Qualitätskontrollen jedes einzelnen Schrittes in der Kultur garantiert eine gleichbleibend gute Erfolgsrate. Wir wollen nie auf der Stelle treten, daher bilden wir uns systematisch wissenschaftlich weiter und sind offen für Neuerungen.

U okviru mog rada u laboratoriju za kliničku embriologiju i istraživanje posvjećujem se punom savjesnošću i pažljivosti analizi i obradi stanica i embrija. Dopunski uz taj posao u laboratoriju mi, sudjelovanje u oblasti istraživanja i razvoja, pruža mogućnost da se bavim najnovijim znanstvenim saznanjima, te da u timu radim na dodatnim uzbudljivim i interesantnim idejama. Moje dugogodišnje iskustvo mi dodatno omogućuje podučavanje i obuku mladih, predanih embriologa.

What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
In my job as Head of the Laboratory for Clinical Embryology and Research, I devote my time to analysing and treating the cells and embryos carefully and with precision. Further to my work in the laboratory, my activities in the area of Research and Development enable me to apply myself to the latest scientific discoveries, and to work on further exciting ideas in the team. In addition, my wealth of experience enables me to teach and train young, dedicated embryologists.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
I have worked at the KIWI IVF Clinic since June 2001 and am happy to be a part of this harmonious team. Since its outstanding features are innovation and an open mind to all that is new, the KIWI IVF Clinic provides me with optimal opportunities for exciting daily activities, as well as in the field of Research and Development. It is also a lot of fun making the best possible use of my know-how in such fantastic conditions.
What can I do to help working at the KIWI IVF Clinic
I am responsible for ensuring that your egg and semen cell fertilize each other outside the body. The embryos that are created are my protégés. My attention is concentrated on their changing needs, in order to make it possible for them to survive outside the female body. Using vast technological resources, it is possible to advance the further intense development of your embryos. Strict quality controls of each individual stage of the culture guarantee an unvaryingly high success rate. We are never content, which is why we systematically extend our scientific knowledge and welcome innovations.
My wealth of experience is of endless help to me, and you can relax in the knowledge that these many years of experience will be used to your advantage.

Was ist mein Aufgabengebiet im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Als Leiterin der Abteilung Sterilisation und OP bin ich hauptverantwortlich für den gesamten Operations-, Eingriffs-, Patientenzimmer- und Sterilisationsbereich. Die Betreuung unserer PatientInnen vor, während und nach den Eingriffen gehört ebenfalls zu meinem Aufgabengebiet.
Warum arbeite ich gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Seit 2001 bin ich nun schon im Kinderwunsch Institut beschäftigt. Damals habe ich als Reinigungskraft begonnen und dank der tollen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, die mir das Institut immer wieder angeboten und auch ermöglicht hat, konnte ich mir die für meine heutige Stellung notwendigen Kompetenzen aneignen. Die Möglichkeiten, die ich hier sowohl für meine persönliche, als auch für meine berufliche Entwicklung vorfinde, sind außerordentlich. Es ist dem Institut ein großes Anliegen, seine MitarbeiterInnen zu fördern, sie anzuspornen, sich selbst mehr zuzutrauen und sie in Form einer Karriereplanung in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen. Davon habe ich persönlich sehr profitiert und freue mich jeden Tag aufs Neue, meine wunderschönen, sehr vielfältigen Aufgaben, kompetent und mit viel Enthusiasmus zu erledigen.

Ich kümmere mich täglich mit viel Freude und Herzlichkeit um das Wohl unserer PatientInnen, um ihnen die Zeit rund um und während der Eingriffe so angenehm und entspannt wie möglich zu gestalten. Außerdem sorge ich dafür, dass sowohl unser ÄrztInnenteam, als auch unsere PatientInnen, eine perfekt vorbereitete Umgebung vorfinden und ermögliche dadurch sowohl ein entspanntes Arbeiten, als auch einen stressfreien Ablauf.

Što je moje područje rada u institutu „Kinderwunsch Institut“?
Kao voditeljica kirurškog i sterilizacijskog odjela moja glavna odgovornost je briga o svim kirurškim prostorijama, operacijskoj sali, prostorijama za pripremu pacijenata za operacijski zahvat, bolesničkim sobama i prostorijama za sterilizaciju. Preoperacijska priprema pacijenata, praćenje tijekom zahvata, kao i poslijeoperacijska zdravstvena skrb su dodatno dio mojih poslova.
Zašto rado radim u institutu „Kinderwunsch Institut“?
Od 2001. godine sam zaposlena u institutu „Kinderwunsch Institut“. Na samom početku sam radila kao čistačica, ali sam zahvaljujući izvrsnim mogućnostima izobrazbe na radnom mjestu koja mi je stalno bila ponuđena, te od strane instituta i omogućena, uspjela steći sve potrebne kompetencije za svoj sadašnji položaj. Mogućnosti koje mi stoje na raspolaganju nisu samo izvanredne za moj osobni razvoj, već i za moje profesionalno osposobljavanje. Institutu je stalo do toga da podrži svoje zaposlenike, da ih ohrabri da ojačaju povjerenje u sopstvene sposobnosti, te da ih potiče u njihovom razvoju u vidu planiranja karijere. Osobno mi je to jako pomoglo i svaki dan se iznova radujem da sa stručnošću i entuzijazmom obavim svoje sjajne i raznolike zadatke.

Svakodnevno se brinem velikim zadovoljstvom i srdašnošću o dobrobiti naših pacijenata u želji da Vam omogućim što ugodniji i opušteniji boravak prije i tijekom zahvata. Osim toga se brinem da, ne samo naš tim liječnika/ca, već i naši pacijenti zateknu savršeno pripremljeno okruženje jer se time omogućuje opušten rad i postupak bez stresa.

What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
As Head of the Sterilization Department and Surgery, I am primarily responsible for the entire domains of surgery, intervention, patient rooms and sterilization. Caring for our patients before, during and after intervention likewise belongs to my area of responsibility.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
I have now been employed at the Kinderwunsch Institut IVF Clinic since 2001. I started out as a cleaner, and thanks to the marvellous opportunities offered me, and made possible time and again by the Clinic to continue my education, I was able to acquire the skills necessary for my current job. The opportunities available here for both my personal and my professional development are extraordinary. It is of the greatest importance to the Clinic to motivate and encourage its members of staff to have the confidence to set themselves higher goals, and to assist their development in the shape of career management. I personally benefitted enormously from this, and look forward every day to carrying out my wonderful and highly varied duties with competence and enthusiasm.
What can I do to help you relax and become pregnant?
Every day, I heartily enjoy caring for the well-being of our patients, in order to make the time before, during and after the interventions as pleasant and as relaxed as possible. In addition, I make sure that our team of doctors and our patients are confronted with perfectly prepared surroundings. In this way, I make it possible for everyone to work in a relaxed environment free from stress.

Zu meinem Aufgabenbereich als IVF-Assistentin und stellvertretende Leiterin der Abteilung OP und Sterilisation gehören Vorbereitung des Operationsraums, Sterilisation der Instrumente für die Eingriffe und Betreuung der PatientInnen vor, während und nach der Behandlung.

Weil es mir viel bedeutet, Paare auf eine sorgfältige und herzliche Art und Weise auf ihrem Weg zum Wunschkind zu begleiten. Der Erfolg unseres Teams ist mir ein großes Anliegen.

Od svibnja 2017. sam suradnica u institutu „KIWI“, a moje područje rada je menadžment pacijenata, gdje sam zadužena za skrb pacijenata; podržavam ostale članove radnog tima, pružam podršku u administrativnim poslovima i trudim se da za Vas pojednostavim organizacijski proces.
Zašto rado radim u institutu „KIWI“?
Primljena sam u radni tim instituta „Kinderwunsch Institut“ otvorenim rukama i ta srdačnost, predanost radu se ispoljava i na svakom paru s željom za djetetom. Nema posla koji mi može pružiti više zadovoljstva od ovog posla, u kojem Vam mogu pružiti najbolju moguću podršku na Vašem putu prema željenom djetetu! Seit Herbst 2022 bin ich ein Teammitglied des Patientenmanagements und darf bei der Betreuung unserer Patienten mitwirken. Alle Anliegen rund um die Administration und Organisation werden sorgfältig von mir erledigt um Ihre Bedürfnisse bestmöglich zu erfüllen.
Warum arbeite ich gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Ich hatte schon immer den Wunsch mit Menschen zu arbeiten und ihnen auch helfen zu können. Die größte Motivation im Kinderwunschinstitut zu arbeiten, liegt in der eignen Erfahrung mit der Invitro-Fertilisation. So kann ich sehr empathisch dafür sorgen, dass Sie sich bei uns gut betreut und wohl fühlen und ihnen viel Verständnis für die herausfordernde Zeit entgegen bringen.
Was kann ich dazu beitragen, dass Sie entspannt schwanger werden können?

Od jeseni 2022. sam dio tima menadžmenta za pacijente i sudjelujem u zbrinjavanju naših pacijenata. Obavljam sve administrativne i organizacijske poslove, da bi na što bolji način ispunila Vaše zahtjeve.

I have been a member of the patient management team since autumn 2022 and have the privilege of helping to care for our patients. All administrative and organisational matters are carefully handled by me in order to meet your needs in the best possible way.
Why do I like working at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
I have always had the desire to work with people and to be able to help them. The biggest motivation to work at the Fertility Clinic is my own experience with in vitro fertilisation. So I can very empathetically ensure that you feel well looked after and comfortable with us and show them a lot of understanding for the challenging time.

Was ist mein Aufgabengebiet im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Ich befinde mich im letzten Universitätsjahr meines Medizinstudiums und begleite vor allem die Erstgespräche mit unseren PatientInnen. Dabei erhebe ich die medizinische Vorgeschichte und gebe einen ersten Einblick in die möglichen Behandlungsschritte auf dem Weg zum Wunschkind.
Als erste Schnittstelle im Institut ist mir eine sorgfältige Übergabe besonders wichtig, um eine individuelle und bestmögliche Betreuung zu gewährleisten. Mein Ziel ist es, den Start in die Behandlung so persönlich und entspannt wie möglich zu gestalten.
Warum arbeite ich gerne im Kinderwunsch Institut?
Das Thema Kinderwunsch ist ein sehr individuelles und emotionales, umso schöner ist es für mich, Menschen in dieser besonderen Lebensphase begleiten zu dürfen. Damit dies gelingt, muss man Teil eines engagierten und herzlichen Teams sein, das gemeinsam daran arbeitet, Paaren ihren Traum vom eigenen Kind zu erfüllen. Die enge Zusammenarbeit und positive Atmosphäre machen meine Arbeit nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch sinnstiftend und erinnern mich daran, warum ich Medizin studiere: um Menschen in wichtigen Lebensmomenten mit Wissen, Empathie und Freude zu unterstützen.

Ich nehme mir in den Erstgesprächen Zeit für Ihre Geschichte, Ihre Fragen und Ihre Wünsche. Eine ruhige, wertschätzende Gesprächsatmosphäre liegt mir sehr am Herzen, denn ich weiß, wie sensibel dieser Weg ist. What is my area of responsibility at the KIWI IVF Clinic?
I am in my final year of medical school and primarily accompany the initial consultations with our patients. During these consultations, I take their medical history and provide an initial overview of the possible treatment steps on the path to having a child. As the first point of contact at the institute, I believe it is particularly important to ensure a smooth handover in order to guarantee the best possible individual care. My goal is to make the start of treatment as personal and relaxed as possible.

Studentica sam završne godine medicine i prvenstveno provodim početne konzultacije s našim pacijentima. Tijekom tih konzultacija prikupljam njihovu medicinsku anamnezu i pružam početni pregled mogućih mogućnosti liječenja na putu do roditeljstva. Kao prva kontakt osoba unutar instituta, temeljita primopredaja mi je posebno važna kako bih zajamčila individualiziranu i optimalnu skrb. Moj je cilj učiniti početak liječenja što osobnijim i opuštenijim.

Želja za djecom je vrlo osobna i emocionalna, što mi daje još veće zadovoljstvo što mogu podržati ljude tijekom ove posebne faze njihovih života.Da bi se to ostvarilo, bitno je biti dio predanog i srdačnog tima koji zajedno radi kako bi pomogao parovima da ostvare svoj san o djetetu. Bliska suradnja i pozitivna atmosfera čine moj rad ne samo edukativnim već i smislenim, podsjećajući me zašto sam studirala medicinu: podržati ljude znanjem, empatijom i radošću tijekom važnih trenutaka u njihovim životima.
