A transparent cost schedule provides security. Through our agreement with the IVF fund, approximately 70% of the costs are reimbursed to most patients. We’ll provide you with an individual cost overview including additional costs, e.g. for infection screening, anaesthesia, embryoscope as well as the possible confirmation of fund assistance after the initial consultation.
The IVF fund also provides assistance for women in whom endometriosis or polycystic ovaries have been diagnosed as a possible reason for infertility. However, women who wish to receive fertility treatment after having chosen sterilisation are not eligible for funding from the IVF fund.
Endometriosis is a frequent, benign chronic condition in which cells from the lining of the uterus (endometrium) appear and flourish outside the uterine cavity.
Polycystic ovaries: a metabolic disorder
Up to the age of 37, the chances of successful treatment are particularly high. For this reason, there is an age limit for funding from the IVF fund. For women, the age limit is 40; for men, 50.
