The personal data you have provided, in particular your email address and name, will only be processed for the purpose of conducting the competition (Art. 6 (1) (b)). The data processing by Das Kinderwunsch Institut Schenk GmbH is based on the conditions of participation and the legitimate interests of the Kinderwunsch Institut for the processing (information about the price) and documentation of competitions. The competition cannot be carried out without providing the necessary data. The data will be deleted after the competition (04 April 2023) unless you have voluntarily registered for the newsletter, which you may cancel at any time by contacting office@kinderwunsch-institut.at. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in Vienna at dsb@dsb.gv.at if you have concerns about the processing of your personal data.
Anyone over the age of 18 who takes part in the competition by 02 April 2023 is entitled to participate by providing their name and email address. The determination of the winner will take place on 03 April 2023 without participation of members of the public. The winner will be notified by email. No correspondence can be conducted about the competition. Any legal action is precluded. A cash redemption of the prize is not possible. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and the Kinderwunsch Institut are subject to Austrian law exclusively.
